Overview
The PPO Services team applies technology and innovation to facilitate the fair reimbursement of medical expenses for international healthcare payers and providers. The PPO Services Coordinator assists the team in fulfilling these objectives while providing the highest levels of service for both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adjust and monitor allowances against medical charges
  • Communicate with medical providers on impending/active cases
  • Exchange information with resources on claims activity and reimbursement data
  • Maintain client and resource databases and contact logs
  • Coordinate analyses of claims data and provider data
  • Write PPO Services training materials, conduct interactive training sessions
  • Participate in other project work as required

Required Qualifications

  • University degree/college diploma
  • Experience working in an office environment with ability to liaise between different departments
  • Attention to detail, accuracy driven
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Good mathematical skills
  • Team-player
  • Courteous and polite telephone manner
  • Proficiency using software applications (MS Office - particularly MS Word and MS Excel), email, and the Internet

Preferred Qualifications

  • Please be prepared to share with us any customer service experience, insurance and healthcare administration experience and US managed care knowledge you may have.
