Overview
The Air Ambulance Exchange Coordinator will work closely with the product director and client services teams to ensure the consistent delivery of services and continuous product improvement for our customers. This position's focus will be on providing the day-to-day operational support to this product. This challenging role is best suited for an individual with exceptional diligence and a customer service orientation strengthened by their ability to organize, prioritize and work independently.
Key Responsibilities
Air Ambulance Provider Credentialing
- Manage and continuously improve a web-based system that will capture all required information for appropriate credentialing of air ambulance providers
- Manage provider credential files/system on an ongoing basis
- Communicate with air ambulance providers on a regular basis to verify and update credentialing information
Product Maintenance and Reporting
- Manage the documentation of current product issues and collaborate with support teams to develop and improve services
- Collaborate with support teams to generate, review, and report on product metrics
- Coordinate the compilation and dissemination of product FAQ's
Ongoing Product Development
- Manage the documentation of product ideas and collaborate with the director to prioritize the development/enhancement of services
- Design scenarios and contribute to testing of product process and website application
Account Services Support
- Support sales and training by participating in the development and execution of demonstrations and tutorials
- Provide backup and support to teams that interface directly with clients
Required Qualifications
- Very strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to solve problems creatively and ensure successful resolution
- Must be detail-oriented, able to prioritize and mult-task
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency using software applications, email, and the Internet; good understanding of technology, and how it works
- Courteous and polite telephone manner, professional appearance
- Accountable and responsible
- Able to work independently and within a team
Preferred Qualifications
- University degree/ college diploma
- 3+ years experience working in a customer service/ administrative support environment
